This is without a doubt the sexiest song of the ten chosen by Halldor Mar. The most famous performance of this popular song was by Barcelona singer Guillermina Motta. «Shake it, shake it baby…» The song is about a girl who goes to work as a maid to a wealthy marquess. The marquess appears to be very happy with her. The song doesn’t say why, but instead tells us how to prepare a foolproof cocktail. The song was written by Josep Maria Torrens, who for many years composed songs for the cabarets along Paral·lel, Barcelona’s West End.
